Business and Life Coaching

Established in Europe in 1996 and in California in 2001, we provide you with a plethora of experience, expertise and tools to help you determine your path and achieve your goals. We use mulitiple methods to help you with the process of setting and attaining goals. Although we have years of experience as psychotherapists, we do not provide therapy and do not target psychological illnesses. Coaching is not counseling, therapy or consulting. These different skill sets and approaches to change may be adjunct skills and professions. The Coach recognizes his/her limitations, and refers the client for other services as ethically required.

Consider coaching as a type of mentoring, providing guidance, and insight, support. We also give you the tools to aid you in attaining not only your goals, but in choosing your path as well. We teach you the skills to help you help yourself. Our goal is to make ourselves obsolete. We give you the skills enabling you to continue your journey unimpeded and with confidence.
